Manufacture's new life

Picture story is about an old building. It was constructed in middle eighties. Earlier it was a regular manufactory. Years passed, they turned it to a local mall and a food market. All it was dull and dismal. Yet unfortunately it was not successful commercially. A client set up a task to rebuild it to a B class business center. This picture is a first approach, a concept to the new look of a building. As it is located in a historical part of the city, it was decided to use brick facades to keep connection to historical buildings around but to preserve contemporary form of building. Believe it would become a pearl in surrounding development and will be a new attraction point. Become a beautiful swan from an ugly duckling.
