""One Bunker Hill:1939"" by Iva Hladis

The Edison building, located at One Bunker Hill downtown Los Angeles was one of the first electric powered structure built in western US. Art Deco inspired design by James & David Allison in 1931. Originally the home of a utility company, the Southern California Edison Company now days home to various business offices. I added my personal embellishment to the image, the floating lightbulbs to enhance the story behind this magnificent structure. The size of my rendering is 100 cm x 78 cm. Graphite on paper. It is one of my "Timeless Treasures" historic architectural drawings series.
