"A Line counts" by Roba Youssef
Before forming spaces using a complexity of lines we need to rethink what a line is...Users are always the main target when creating spaces, a single line drawn in an architectural drawing shapes users' decisions psychologically and physically, and by that, the line itself follows users' reactions which are finally depicted as spaces. Both terms are interconnected. Places should always speaks to its users and users should interact. In this abstract drawing, space is being created following the lines of users creating an active space that pumps with users lines...Every line we draw counts and has a great effect on users' motion, act and interaction... Every line drawn in our planet has shaped us somehow and shaped our ecosystem. To think of concepts and build spaces we need to think of what every architectural line has to do, its function, motion, and emotion... because a line counts.
