"STAIRS MORE THAN" by Ece Sinem Arık 
  

Although the place of the staircase in the architectural education and design process is explained technically, the experience and process between the user and the staircase is thrown into the background. Stairs are not just vertical circulation elements. It does not just move the user from one point to another.
In my drawing,It is emphasized that stairs can perceive the space differently. What is perceived when looking down the stairs is different from what is perceived when looking up the stairs. a well-designed ladder while floating in space
that space is no longer a space, it is a volume under the influence of stairs. Thus, architects are rediscovering the importance of stairs to create an impressive design and experience.
It may be more accurate to think of the staircase without limiting it to architecture.
The staircase is a timeless concept that exists in the past, present and future.
